The company commenced the production of investment castings during the year 1996, to cater to the requirements of all the pumps and valves industries situated in India and abroad. In a view of heavy demand for castings in the world market, all the countries are looking at India for their requirements and hence the demand for quality casting has drastically increased to two fold, and all the existing foundries in India are totally booked. The company does a three-shift production and has two furnaces of 150kg and 300kg crucible capacity. The company is fully equipped to provide quality components and major institutions like TUV certify the process performed by the company.

The company’s quality system is accredited to ISO 9001-2015 entitled by RWTVV. The company has all the testing facilities in house and has qualified people for certifying the castings. The company is able to provide fully machined component with the help of its parent company M/s Malnad Alloy Casting Pvt Ltd and few other capable sub contractors.
