About Us

Shimoga precisions casting pvt ltd was formed during the year 1995, registered under companies act, for the manufacture of castings under investment process. The company is a sister concern of m/s Malnad Alloy Castings pvt ltd. The company was floated to cater the needs of valve and pump industries in India and abroad.

with an initial investment of Rs. 120 lakhs. The company was alloted 2 acres of industrial land at KIADB industrial area, Machenahalli, where the company started its commercial production during the year 1996, with the financial assistance from Karnataka state financial corporation, Shimoga to a tune of Rs. 50 lakhs.

  • More than 800 Die’s with 400 Die live! Traceability through ERP maintained location system and Product code.
  • Exclusive storage arrangement for preservation of Die’s in vertical storage using reach truck.
  • 4 to 5 new products being developed every month.
  • More than 800 fully machined cast components exported per month.
  • We supply highly critical parts such as impellers, diffusers, and bowls with openings ranging from 4mm to 12mm and diameters from 80mm to 300mm.
  • We use simulation software to check casting soundness; based on the simulated result, the part will be taken for sample production process.
  • Advanced technology: use of 3D printing and converting to casting part.
  • We have an advanced ERP system that captures all data and makes it easily accessible. Additionally, our customer web portal allows full access from order booking to dispatch, including supporting test reports.
